- ♡ As of right now, all items on our website are hand-made to order by my sweet momma! Our pieces take a lot of time, thought, and love to create. Therefore, we have a strict no returns policy. It is extremely important to us that all customers feel confident and beautiful in their outfit, and are able to wear the product they spent their hard earned cash on! We encourage you to pick your size carefully when purchasing from our store.
- ♡ If you are nervous about sizing, please email us OR state your bust, waist, and hip measurements in your order notes (which appears when viewing your shopping cart before checkout) & we would be glad to cut your outfit to your exact sizing!
- ♡ If you are still nervous about sizing, it is always better to order too big than too small. We can always tailor an item that is too large to be smaller!
- ♡ If you have given us your measurements or emailed us about sizing and your item(s) still doesn’t fit correctly, we are always willing to work with you! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Exchange” and a description of what the problem with your tasteful fit is! We will get back to you shortly with what we can do to help you!
- ♡ If we are able to tailor your outfit for you, a small labor fee of $20 is required to do so.
CANCELING YOUR ORDER
- ♡ All order cancelations must be done within 1-day of the purchase date, and we ask that you please email email@example.com to complete your cancelation.
